Liability
Vallarta Rides accepts no liability for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Force majeure
Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government action.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Jalisco, México. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco.
Conduct
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully toward the driver and vehicle. The driver reserves the right to refuse service in cases of inappropriate conduct.
