Cancellation policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of pick-up may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Refund terms
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Passenger capacity
The vehicle accommodates a maximum of 8 passengers. Bookings exceeding this limit cannot be fulfilled.
24-hour booking confirmation
All bookings are subject to confirmation within 24 hours. The final price will be communicated at confirmation.
